                     If you want to buy the perfect car, you should know that you need some basic information.My article probably will not give you all the information you need, but can be helpful when  you decide to buy a car.

                    At the moment of buying a car,make sure that is a rational choice and you can do that considering a series of some very important factors.
First of all - what kind of car do you really need? A bigger one,a smaller one...petrol,hybrid or diesel ? About this and more,we will talk further

                       Well,you may be surprised,but a larger one not necessarily means a better one.The friends or acquaintances can tell you that in a situation like collision large vehicles are safer than smaller ones  but the truth is that the safest collision is one you avoid. A lighter car  has a shorter stopping distance and the driver has a better possibility to steer away from a crash,also smaller cars normally costs less to buy and consume less fuel.
                    We can also write  the only positive facts about SUV or crossover vehicles : a lot of people enjoy driving at a higher seating position because that's increases visibility. are more spacious  and are best suited to pull trailers.

What means a healthy life ?

                    No one knows how long we will live and it is important to know what help us to live better.Here,we present you the most important tips for a healthy and happy life :

Stress   

                    It is one of the main problems facing humanity, one of the worst enemies of our lives.If you don't try fighting it can cause heart disease, cancer, diabetes and much more. We have the following tips to combat stress :
                   Our happiness is based on positive thinking,try to eliminate your negative thoughts,it's not easy, but if you want to change something in your life ... just do it !!! 
     
       -Spend time with your loved ones 
       -Find time for the things and activities that make you feel good
       -Face a complicated situation avoid alcohol and other harmful products
         -Feel happy with what you have accomplished, with what you have learned ,        the beautiful stories that you had until now and just be happy with your life. 
       -Practice a sport as often as possible
        -Learn relaxation techniques



  Nutrition 

                     Try to have a diet more balanced and healthy for the proper functioning of the body.That does not necessarily mean you should not eat certain foods or have to keep strict diet, but try what we advise:

                  -Do not skip breakfast
                       -Drink plenty of water
             -Eat fruits and vegetables
             -Often eat fish
             -Dine with about 3 hours before bedtime
             -Reduce consumption of sugar and salt










 

The reality of our world today

               Well, it seems that in terms of a perfect life,the truth differs from people to people and from culture to culture .
                     If for some the perfect life means to have 20 goats and a donkey, for others it means to live in the most expensive houses in the world,to have the most expensive cars and planes, and employed as many as possible ,but in both cases they may not be happy - how so?
Simple, some are happy with what they get and others do not.

               Up to a certain point it's the human nature to want more and more, but when it makes you unhappy, you should think better about it .
So we can only conclude than perfection and happiness exists only in our heads.
And we can control it – but how? Just thinking ... today we have good access to information, for example the internet is a good source of it.

                   Life is too short to allow ourselves to be sad, grumpy, depressed ... the little things and happenings of our lives can make us happy.For example if someone unknown tried to made us smile today or if we made one of our favorite activities, anything that we like,without fear or stress .

                 Unfortunately there are situations when it is not possible or is very hard for a person to think so - “Well, today I will try to do everything to feel happier and not to be stressed,but I can not pay the rent this month “so...
